The salespeople were very thorough and nice.  This experience is the best car buying experience I have ever had!  I appreciate that I was not pressured.  I very much appreciate that they were very patient with us and worked with us on finding financing that was good for us and fit our budget.  Everyone is VERY friendly!!

Simply put,

  Super car guys Wichita is filled with men and women of morality and integrity. If you want a dealership that is going to truly put the customer first and meet the needs of the customer then this is the place for you. I am young and had not purchased a car before I walk in to the dealership. I have friends who work in the car business and they have told me stories about how they have really messed some people over with the deals they got the customer to agree on. Needless to say I was a bit fearful. However, that fear was laid to rest. One of the things that impressed me is that the salesmen at super car guys get paid the same amount of money for any sale. This means that they are not trying to convince you to buy cars that both you and the salesman know you cannot afford. Another thing is that they went the extra mile to help me and my wife out. We are a newly married couple with not much income thus far, and Alex pulled some strings and contacted a friend of his in a loan company to get us the loan that we need to get the payments we wanted. I'm glad to say that this is not in vain and I plan to be faithful to my contract and payment plan. Rigo Fernadez was an awesome salesperson and know that I think about it, it was more of a friend helping me out then someone trying to get money. The last thing that impressed me is they were quick and willing to make sure the concerns that my wife and I had about the used car were  taken care of. The previous owner did not leave a spare tire and there were some concerns about the cooling system and they seem pleased to get those concerns fixed.  I would recommend supercarguys to anyone who is looking for a car dealership that truly puts the customer before the sale. Just want to again say Thankyou for helping me yesterday. I came in with no expectations of a yes on purchasing what i wanted.. my attitude was in defense mode that i would not be "bullied" into buying a vehicle.  I can tell you...i didn't need to bring it with me! The best thing that happened to me in a long time, was walking into The Super Car Guys front door. Our sales person Jermane Tomlinson treated my husband and I like family.

I have never owned my own car and everywhere I would go no one would me a chance.  As soon as i walked into Super Car Guys, I was introduced to Kelvyn and from that day on he did everything in his power to get me into a car.  He called to check on me and keep me updated on every process.  5yrs from no I will only get a car if Kelvyn is selling it to me.  He is the "yes man" in my eyes.  Thank You Kelvyn!

Kelvyn and Jermane were very patient and answered all my concerns and questions.  They were never pushy in any aspect of the car deal. 

Carrie is always a go to help. She has gotten 2 of my friends on the road in new cars and is currently going above and beyond trying to get my uber picky grandmother into a vehicle also. I had a limited income, however Super Car guys, especially Kelvyn went out of the way to make sure I had something to drive until my selection was ready for delivery. He made sure that he listened to all my concerns and matched my needs.  Very excellent service and concern!

With credit less than desirable due to illness and other unwanted unexpected lifes problems and needing a reliable vehicle, I came to Suzuki of Wichita after hearing an ad on the radio-I was treated with the utmost respect by Kelvyn and Alex.  There were patient and answered all of my questions.  They listened to me which is much different from when I've tried this before.  Both were very helpful and considerate. I was in need of a car to get to and from work.  My sister told me about the Super Car Guys.  I came to check it out, however I was not expecting to really go through with the process of getting a car from them or any other car lot for that matter.  Well they were very clear on what i needed to go through with the process.  Once i had everything i drove off in my new car.

I heard the advertisements for Super Car Guys on the radio, and thought it won’t hurt trying there. I had recently tried at two other lots, and for a ridiculous monthly payment, I could get an obviously used car. So I thought why not try Super Car Guys. I am so glad I did… Not only did they approve my credit, but they got me into a 2011 Suzuki SX4 with payment less than what other lots wanted for used cars. Mike and Alex are GREAT!! They go that extra mile. The entire staff is very friendly and helpful. I have never had such a pleasant experience at any car lot. I highly recommend them to everyone.

My overall experience today was great. Alex my salesperson was very determined to get a car for my family. We also had hot dogs, soda, and cookies. It was a very relaxing experience, living proof that this is a “NO HASSLE” car lot..
